Ramadan Food Package for the Sponsored Children

Bangladesh is not free from the global financial crisis that is prevailing. Even middle-class households struggle to make ends meet due to the high cost of basic needs. The struggles of lower-class families are indescribable. Many of them cannot afford three meals a day. Many even have only one meal throughout the day. Our sponsored children are also among them. All of the sponsored kids come from low-income households. They have been hit the hardest by inflation.

We hope to assist our sponsored children as Ramadan draws near. Currently, we have 46 children, who will get a family food box from us. We hope it will improve their condition at least for this month. 

Each package will include:

Milk

Chickpeas

Lentils

Oil

Onion

Chickpea Flour

Potatoes

Puffed rice

Sugar

Dates

Laccha Semai (dessert item)

Rice

Cost per package is estimated at $15. 

This is a huge initiative. It will be difficult for us to accomplish such a large task on our own. Your assistance is definitely needed. Together we can make this difficult situation a little bearable for those who are suffering the most.
