Eva and her elder sister, both are continuing their education despite overwhelming hardship. Their father drives an auto-rickshaw, but after paying the daily rental fee, very little income remains. With this limited earning, supporting the family has become increasingly difficult. Recently, Eva’s elder sister fell seriously ill, and her medical treatment has required significant expenses. Because of her daughter’s illness, Eva’s mother is unable to work outside the home, leaving the family dependent solely on their father’s income. From this single, unstable income, the family must manage daily food expenses, house rent, the education costs of both sisters, and ongoing medical bills. Adding to their suffering, a fire in their slum destroyed their home, forcing the family to take shelter under a temporary tarpaulin structure. All these challenges have placed the family in an extremely vulnerable situation. A sponsorship for Eva would provide much-needed relief, helping her continue her education and offering her family support and hope during this very difficult time.
