Jannat is the youngest child in her family, with two elder brothers. Life became especially difficult for the family when her brothers’ education was disrupted. Now one of them helps their father to support the family, while the other is still looking for a job. Jannat’s father works at a scrap (recycling) shop. He once had his own small shop, but after their slum was demolished, he lost everything. Now he works from a rented space, and most of his earnings go toward paying room rent and managing basic household expenses. With this limited income, continuing Jannat’s education has become extremely difficult. Jannat’s mother is unable to work outside the home, as she cannot leave Jannat alone. As a result, the family has no additional source of income. Despite all these hardships, Jannat wants to continue her studies and build a better future. A sponsorship would bring meaningful support to Jannat, allowing her to continue her education and easing some of the heavy burden her family carries every day.
