Ema's Story Since Sponsorship:

Ema has been performing excellently, in our program. She balances her education with participating in our activity programs. She performed extremely well on her school's final exam. She is greatly appreciative to her sponsor, Mintu Siddique, for providing her with the opportunity to study without concern. Now she doesn’t have to wait when her exercise books or pens run out. Her parents had a very tough time paying for everything, but now that she is being sponsored, their burden has been greatly reduced. Ema enjoys participating in this program and completing the tasks we set for her. We are delighted to have a role in Ema's life. 

Ema's Story During Sponsorship Application:

Ema is a playful young girl. She is constantly doing something or other. Her agility is reflected in her studies as well. She finishes all her homework as soon as she reaches home. She's an ambitious girl. Sometimes she wants to be a doctor and sometimes she thinks she would make a great engineer. She's curious about everything. She always keeps everyone busy asking about this and that. However, Ema's parents are really worried if they can support Ema's education long enough so that she can achieve her dreams. Ema's father works as a caretaker at a housing society. His income is very limited. He was struggling to keep both of his daughters at school even before the pandemic and now it has become almost impossible for him. Ema's mother told us how disheartened she was when her school shut down due to the lockdown. So, they don't want her to drop out of school. A sponsorship would help them a lot to keep her in school.
