Farzana's Story Since Sponsorship:

The sponsorship is making a big difference in Farzana's life. Thanks to the support, she doesn’t have to worry about the costs of her education anymore, something her mother had been really concerned about after everything they’ve been through. Now that Farzana moved to her village, where she lives with her mother and grandmother, she’s also able to keep studying. She gets the tutoring she needs, along with proper books and study materials, which helps her stay focused and continue being one of the top students in her class. On top of that, she loves joining in on the activity programs, which give her a chance to relax and have fun. Farzana and her family are so grateful for the sponsorship. It’s made it possible for her to stay in school and keep chasing her dreams, no matter the struggles they’ve faced. Farzana's Story During Sponsorship Application:

Farzana is a very quiet and shy little girl. She loves drawing and crafting. Her mother informed us that she is also a very good student. She's always at the top five of her class. One year ago, her house got burned down in a fire at their slum. All their belongings were lost. Just after four months of the incident, Farzana lost her father too. Her life turned upside down after these incidents. Her mother has to work as a garment worker to maintain their family, leaving Farzana alone at home. On top of that, the pandemic and the lockdowns were very difficult for them. They struggled a lot to recover from the losses. In these circumstances, it is very difficult for her mother to maintain the family and pay her education costs. If they do not get any help, a good student like Farzana may have to drop out of school. Farzana's mother is trying very hard so that she can keep Farzana at school. A sponsorship will really help to ease her situation and to keep Farzana at school.
